On July 13, from 9 AM to 1 PM, Our Active Navy club member Carlos will be giving instruction on Bleeding Control Basics. There is not a fee for this class, but we do request a $25 donation that will go towards purchasing and maintaining bleeding control kits for our ranges, clubhouse, and functions. If you are interested, please contact Adam Truesdale at email@example.com to register. Carlos also asks that you bring you what currently have or use for your first-aid kit that you keep in your home, your car, your backpack, or your range bag. This should be a class with great information that could help you save a life not only on the range, but on the road or anywhere you might happen to be where stuff can go wrong in a heartbeat.
We are looking for club members to step-up and fulfill the role of chairperson for two committees: Fishing and Women’s Inclusion. The past chairs have done a wonderful job, but they have other requirements of their time and energy and have stepped down. Prior experience is not necessary! You’ll have tons of members from elected officer’s, other committee chairs, and other members who will give you guidance and help.
If you’re interested, come to our next board meeting on June 10, 6:30 PM at the President’s Club on the range, or contact Hugh Spiers at firstname.lastname@example.org for more info or questions.
