Women’s Inclusion

The Women’s Inclusion Committee has been working to bring you new and exciting events this summer. You do not have to register for any of these events, just show up and have fun! These will be run just like our Sunday shoots: once people gather, we will have a safety briefing and commence the shoot. See the events outlined below! These will also be on our Facebook page for sharing as well!

  • .22 Rifle Dueling Tree:  $5 non-members, $3 YCFGA members

We sincerely hope you’ll take some time and join us!

Please join Katherine in the lodge at YCFGA on October 21st, between 9am and 12pm. We welcome special guest Andee Reardon of East Coast School of Safety to meet and greet as well as share her extensive knowledge! This is a walk-in clinic, with no set schedule; just drop in and join us! $5 donation at the door.

This Concealed Carry Clinic is focused on women of all backgrounds, shapes and sizes. If you wonder about concealed carry, have a handgun, want to learn more, or even carry on a regular basis, we want to see you. Our hope is that women who have any interest at all will come and find supportive women, information and a safe environment where they can learn. Let’s face it, not many of us wear a belt daily and hiding a pistol in our clothes can be a challenge! We will be talking about pistols, holsters and clothing. For safety reasons, we will not allow ammunition in the building, but we encourage you to bring your holsters and unloaded pistols as well as questions and a curious mind.

Encouraging  and educating women in firearms and archery
